Program Philosophy
The Justin-Siena Water Polo Program believes that sports provide a unique platform for comprehensive growth, where education, competition, and physical development converge with essential life lessons. Meet the Coach
Coach Erica is in her 11th overall season coaching Water Polo, with previous stops at Alameda and Moreau Catholic at the JV and Varsity levels. She has also coached Swim and Dive for many of those years, and led her teams to 6 WACC Championships at Alameda.
Coach holds her BA in Communications from Saint Mary's College and a MA in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. Prior to coaching, Erica played Water Polo in High School as well as 1 year at the collegiate level at Laney Community College. She lives in Benicia with her husband Juan, and their dog, Cosmo.

Justin-Siena is a Lasallian Catholic college preparatory community that serves young people in grades 9–12.
