Program Philosophy

The Girls Water Polo team will rely on team cohesion as a main principle of the program. Positive reinforcement will be used by the coaches to promote student-athlete growth both in the pool and outside of it. With these components, the program will also require strong dedication from their players to help foster a positive environment.
