Program Philosophy
First and foremost, our goal is to develop players into responsible members of the community. Our goal is to teach values that will allow our players to be successful students, teammates, and people.
We expect our players to be communicative with coaches, supportive of friends and teammates, respectful of opposing teams, referees, and each other, organized with their time and schedules, and committed to the team.
Through hard work, discipline, and dedication to improvement, we will strive to compete at the highest level each season.
