Program Philosophy

Playing Girls Volleyball at Justin-Siena is a privilege and a responsibility. As a Brave, you are joining more than a team—you are becoming part of a legacy of hard work, discipline, and unity. Our program is built on daily growth through preparation, effort, and a shared commitment to putting the team above self.

Meet the Coach

Kate (Reilley) Pedisich enters her fifth season as the program's head coach and eighth overall in the program. During those eight seasons the program has captured three league titles while establishing itself as a formidable North Bay contender year in and year out. In 2025 Coach was named the Napa County Coach of the Year after leading the team to 18 wins and the VVAL Tournament championship.

Her background includes vast playing and coaching experience. She played for 4 years at Archbishop Mitty High School and competed in the Division 1 CIF State Championship game, as well as club volleyball at Santa Clara University, competing for a National Championship. As a coach, Kate has been an Assistant at the club level at Sonoma State University, San Jose State University, and Napa Valley College.

Kate resides in Napa with her husband, alum Brett Pedisich ’04 and is assisted by her sister Chelsea, former JS standout Eva Cleary '20.
