President Search Updates
Following extensive discernment, President Matt Powell has informed Justin-Siena’s Board of Trustees of his decision to retire at the conclusion of this academic year, effective June 30, 2027. Together we recognize Matt’s longstanding dedication to the mission of Lasallian Catholic education and are grateful for our collaborative commitment to intentionality, transparency, and ongoing communication regarding this decision.
The Board of Trustees has begun the process of the search for his successor. In their governance oversight role on behalf of the De La Salle Christian Brothers, the selection of the new President is one of the most important responsibilities of a Board of Trustees. We understand the significance of identifying a remarkable individual who aligns with our Lasallian Catholic mission and passion for our students, and who will continue the outstanding work at Justin-Siena.
