Justin Siena's program has a team-based focus, rather than purely an individualized emphasis. Within that team dynamic, there is a spotlight on each competitor’s path to reaching their own potential through 100% effort, determination, the mastery of skills and comradery. How to be a great teammate shares equal importance with how to be a great athlete. Goal setting for both the team and its individuals, and the work necessary to achieve those high standards, is the basis of our training. To be successful, athletes must apply themselves in the classroom and be good citizens in the school community. They carry all these things across the finish line.
