We’re thrilled to share an exciting update from two of our incredible sophomores, Vivian Cuneo and Eme Rognlien, who are taking their Passion Project to the next level with a powerful and joy-filled event coming up this October.
Their project, Laugh at Life, explores the importance of joy, humor, and connection as tools for mental and emotional wellness—especially for young people. As part of this effort, Vivian and Eme have organized a special day of inspiration, music, and storytelling right here on campus.
Laugh at Life: Finding Joy, Strength & Connection
Featuring Jesse Manibusan – dynamic Catholic speaker, musician, and storyteller
Event Schedule | Wednesday, October 15
10:00 AM – Presentation for students from our local feeder schools
12:00 PM – Whole-school assembly for Justin-Siena students and staff
Jesse Manibusan is known and loved across the country for his ability to connect with students of all ages through music, humor, and heartfelt storytelling. His message is rooted in joy, resilience, and faith—and aligns beautifully with the goals of this student-led initiative.
Vivian and Eme’s leadership and creativity in bringing this event to life reflect the heart of our Passion Project program: empowering students to pursue meaningful work that impacts both themselves and their communities.
We are so proud of these Braves and look forward to an uplifting and memorable day ahead!
