Olivia Boles
The first question people usually ask Olivia Boles is “How do you keep smiling all the time?” The answer to that question is that she’s not sure but it’s probably because she’s grateful to be around so many amazing people, especially those she finds at Justin-Siena. Besides being a constant smile-er, the most notable things about Olivia is that she loves puns, food, music, coffee, and kids! She also wants to give a shout out to her family, they’re quirky and weird but she loves them! At school, Olivia’s favorite activities have been Leadership, Instrumental Music, and Tech Crew. She has served on Class Council, the Executive Board, taken 2 years of leadership class, played piano, saxophone, and melodica, and also stage managed the dance show and ran the sound board for the musical. Yup, she’s definitely found her home in the Leadership and Arts departments at Justin. One notable achievement for Olivia is she has read the entire Harry Potter series 11 times! A proud California Girls State Alum and Justin Siena student, Olivia is incredibly grateful for all the people and experiences life has brought her. All in all Olivia is proof that a small human who still wears kid sized shoes can still have a big heart and hopes you have a great day.

She has been on the Varsity Tennis Team at Justin for 4 years and earned the MCAL League MVP her junior year and 1st Team All League for 3 straight years. Jenna’s love for Justin-Siena is evident by the many ways she’s been actively involved, including serving as a Junior & Senior Year Leadership Class member, Sophomore and Junior Class Council member, retreat leader for several years, and Spirit Club member. Her understanding, patient and fun-loving nature has also allowed her to serve as a student tutor and peer mentor at Justin-Siena. She is a four year member of both California Scholarship Federation and National Honor Society. Outside of school, you can find Jenna on the tennis courts as a camp counselor, on her snowboard at Squaw Valley, or lounging on Capitola Beach or cruising around in her not-so-clean Rav 4. Kay Duffy
You may know Kay Duffy by her glasses, or her big jackets, or maybe even her warm rosy red cheeks. Her friends describe her as genuine, empathetic, and sensitive. She loves forming strong bonds with people, and is always willing to talk, no matter how easy or difficult the conversation may be. Kay has come out of her shell by participating in leadership at Justin-Siena. Kay also worked the spotlights for last year’s musical production--shout out to Tech Crew for making her feel so wonderfully welcome! As for her free time, Kay enjoys making Spotify playlists full of obscure Indie and alternative music, putting posters/magazine clippings up on her walls, analyzing astrological birth chart(s), and thinking about the amazing future we all share. Speaking of the future, Kay wants to continue her education after graduating from Justin-Siena, she wants to work in TV as a producer or director, for a magazine, at a radio station, as a graphic designer, as an audio engineer...well, you get the idea. Although Kay is a little flighty, sometimes oversensitive, and a natural introvert, she loves what life has given her and is ready to groove on to what comes next!
Sumaia Khoury
As a sophomore, Sumaia Khoury transferred to Justin-Siena, where she found her academic home and a group of peers who soon became family. She is also the Student Body Co-President and a Student Ambassador. Leadership is not the only place she strives for and achieves success, she has been a member of the varsity golf team since her junior year. Jenna has been a Justin-Siena cheerleader for all four years of high school and has also participated in the performing arts shows. Jenna’s most memorable high school moments are going on Venaver Texas to the US-Mexico Border, and always laughing and singing in the car with her friends! Jenna hopes to go to school internationally but still has an unknown future, and for that she is grateful.
Mia Vlaming
A classic Ravenclaw, Mia is a dedicated student who has excelled and been able to maintain straight A’s, but considers her greatest accomplishments to be outside of school – competing in the Dipsea Race four times without dying (and only getting sick once); and climbing over 6,000 feet to Clouds Rest in Yosemite, her favorite place on Earth. She represents the Braves on trails and fields, running on the first Justin-Siena Cross Country team to make it to the State competition, and will play her fourth year of lacrosse as Varsity co-captain. Mia credits her two older brothers with helping her develop a sense of humor and quick wit, which serves her well as a math tutor, assisted living volunteer, intern at a Civil Engineering firm, and childcare supervisor at First Presbyterian Church. When excited, she uses her superhuman ability to talk super fast, especially while arguing with anyone about anything. This summer, Mia mastered the art of driving a stick shift (almost) and now looks forward to pursuing her remaining life goals, meeting, or becoming the next Wonder Woman and adopting lots of dogs – oh and please, just don’t ask her where she wants to go to college!

Ahmed Burdette
Too serious, funny, outgoing, quiet, predictable, creative, somehow all of these words can and have been used to describe Ahmed Burdette. From his first year at Justin-Siena, when he played freshman football and made music on the side, Ahmed has balanced academics with personal passions. The academics include a love for reading and a general fascination with great and pretentious ideas. His passions are most notably expressed through his 10 years of music exploration. However, he also possesses a passionate appreciation for all art, from film to design, fashion to photography. He even considers individual appearance as expressions and works of art, which could explain the bleached hair and crazy clothes as symptoms of treating himself as a living, breathing piece of art.
Feras Halabi
Charismatic, friendly, charming, entertaining, rambunctious, and loving. These are a few words that can try to describe the big personality that is Feras Halabi. When Austin is not living on campus, he spends his time adventuring with friends. He and his pals go on many different adventures together which is what he is going to miss the most when he goes to college. Some of his favorite adventures include; day trips to Bodega Bay, Stinson Beach, and Laser Tag. Austin’s family and friends describe him as loyal, smart, responsible, a natural leader, someone who is always ready for a new journey.
Conrad Say
Although small in stature, Conrad is huge in heart.
