Back-to-School Night is tomorrow, Monday, August 31. Parents may pick up schedules for their daughter or son starting at 6:15 pm in the Breezeway. At 6:30, the bell will ring to send parents to Period 1, which starts at 6:35. All seven periods will meet, and the evening will end at 8:20 pm. This event is a wonderful opportunity for parents to meet teachers and get a quick overview of classes. If you wish to have a longer conversation with a teacher, please contact him or her for an appointment at another time.

This past week, all parents were emailed login information for PowerSchool, Schoology, the Justin-Siena website, and other important tech tools. If you did not receive an email please email Ms. Gallegos.

For any parents needing assistance with logging in to the Justin-Siena website to access the Parent Directory, Calendars, and more, there will be a table set up at Back to School Night tomorrow evening beginning at 6 pm and available again after the class sessions.

Thursday, September 3, we will celebrate as a school community the Mass of the Holy Spirit and therefore follow a special A2-75 schedule. Students should refer to the Student Handbook for information regarding Liturgy dress.

Thank you to the seniors and parents who attended today’s College Application Presentation. Students and parents who were unable to attend can find a copy of today’s PowerPoint in the Class of 2016 – College Counseling Schoology Page under “Resources”. College counselors begin one-on-one meetings with seniors this week; please contact your child’s college counselor to schedule a family meeting if you need any guidance during your child’s college and scholarship application process.

Thank you to all the parents who completed the online volunteer form. The form will be live through this week for anyone still wishing to sign up for the many volunteer opportunities with events, Athletics, the Arts, Student Life, and more.

The 2015-16 Season of the Arts looks to be another impressive line up of events. Be sure to check out the Arts page on the school website for all the details. Mark your calendar, and we’ll see you at the shows! Also, interested performers should check the calendar for upcoming audition info for the fall production of “The Birds.”
