Congratulations to Justin-Siena’s six competitors in the 12th Chinese Language Bridge Cup Contest, which was held this past Saturday in San Francisco. Anna Staggs, Class of 2017, Victoria Su and Juliette Nast, Class of 2018, and Emily Han, Lauren Yung and Noah Anderson, Class of 2019 competed in Chinese Brush Calligraphy and Drawing against other high school students from the San Francisco Bay Area. We thank them for their courage, bravery and hard work.
Students in religion classes today will have the opportunity to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Fr. Bill Donahue, pastor of St. Apollinaris Parish will be hearing confessions in Gasser Center during 3rd, 4th, and 5th periods. Please welcome Fr. Donahue to our campus if you see him.
In sports today, the Varsity Boys Lacrosse Team is dismissed at 1:45 p.m. to play at Lick-Wilmerding. The Varsity Boys Tennis Team will be dismissed at 2:15 p.m. for their match against Drake at NVC. The Varsity Boys Golf Team is playing in the De la Salle Invitational. The Varsity Softball Team plays Redwood at home at 4:00 p.m. The JV Boys Lacrosse Team plays at Dodd Stadium against Sacramento Country Day at 6:30 p.m. Go Braves!
Students and team for Kairos 25 depart after school today. We pray that they will have a wonderful and enlightening time on retreat.
