Back to School Night
Breezeway and classrooms
Parents may begin picking up their students’ schedules in the breezeway at 6:15 PM.
There is no parent presentation in the Clark Gym.
At 6:30, the bell will ring for parents to head to their first period classes. Beginning at 6:35 parents will cycle through their student’s schedule for 10-minute presentations.
The schedule for the evening is:
6:15-6:30 Pick-up schedules in breezeway
6:35-6:45 1st Period
6:50-7:00 2nd Period
7:05-7:15 3rd Period
7:20-7:30 4th Period
7:35-7:45 5th Period
7:50-8:00 6th Period
8:05-8:20 7th Period w/announcements
Parents will be provided with ~
- Teacher contact information and availability, including preference for voicemail or email
- Brief explanation of the course content and outcomes
- Brief description of the types of assignments, assessments, and homework students can expect, including any significant projects
- Information regarding trips or films that may require parental permission
- The teacher’s expectations for their students and their parents
- Referral to their student’s Schoology account and PowerSchool
