Lasallian Student Leadership Class
Lasallian Student Leadership is an opportunity for students, in a class setting, to acquire and put into action leadership skills that in collaboration with other student leadership groups will animate the student life of our school community.
This course provides students with the opportunity to develop and practice public speaking, facilitating small groups, and collaborating with students and adults to accomplish set goals.
A focus in the course is shared responsibility with peers and adults in carrying out the mission of Justin-Siena through the planned activities of the school.
The course roots itself in the Lasallian tradition and our core principles as students are prepared to serve and lead in an ever-changing world.
Student Leadership Applications
Student Leadership Applications will be available starting January 28th from Mr. Hodges, Mr. Swain, and online below.
Completed applications will be due by February 9th at 3:00 p.m.
Applications are available for the following positions:
- Directors of Lasallian Student Life (6 positions, also part of LSL Class)
- Director of Prayer and Worship
- Director of Communication
- Director of Service and Justice
- Director of Student Organization
- Director of Spirit Development
- Director of Faith Development
- Student Council (4 positions at each grade-level, not a part of LSL Class)
- Class President
- Vice President
- Secretary/Treasurer
- Spirit Representative
- Lasallian Student Leadership Class Member (approximately 30 students)
